Refund policy

At Kind Cakes, every cake is freshly made to order and handled with the highest food safety standards. Due to the perishable nature of our sugarless, flourless cakes, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered or collected.

We accept refund or replacement requests only in the following situations:

Your order arrived damaged beyond consumption (photo evidence required within 2 hours of delivery).
Wrong item was delivered (different from your confirmed order).

To request a refund or replacement, please email hello@kindcakes.com.my or WhatsApp us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

All orders are non-refundable. However, in special circumstances like order amendments, a minimum notice of 5 working days prior to scheduled delivery or collection date is required. Where refunds are applicable from the order amendments, it will be provided in the form of store voucher with 3-months validity period.

Cancellation Policy:

Same-day orders: No cancellation once confirmed.
Next-day or future orders: Kindly inform us 2 days prior to your fulfilment date for any changes or cancellations.
